The first interview was phone interview. Even with time difference, the interview was awesome. The HR kindly asked me some questions to check resume background. It was great time to know more about Cloudera. For the second interview, I went to the Singapore office to do the on-site interview. The interviewer was very respectful SD manager. The manager makes nice atmosphere to proceed the interview. Interview itself was nice procedure to know more about Job scope and team who are going to work with. The most impressive point in this interview was what the manager value is what I value which was teamwork. Even it was a part of interview, that impression makes me more interested with Cloudera and SDR than I am in the initial state of offer.
Overall: It was awesome experience which I have had the pleasure of interview with. Really appreciated with giving me chances to have interview with great manager

The company was very welcoming, the HR colleague showed me the way to a meeting room and offered beverages. After a few minutes, the manager of the team where I applied for a position came and we had an hour long interview, where we talked through my career and about the company as well. The conversation was opened and it was very responsive to my questions also.

2. 1 hour onsite interview with Hiring manager
Everyone was professional, asked questions about my work history, knowledge and interest in Cloudera. The recruiter and manager are fantastic. They were skilled and absolutely experts.
I am waiting for the next stage.

Whole process took a week (Very fast and transparent)
They let you know within a day if you got the job
Honestly was the smoothest interview process I've gone through. Really liked this company!
