I applied online and was contacted the next day for a phone interview. The phone interview went well and I had two in person interviews. Cloudera is very prompt and sticks to their schedule. I felt that I was treated very respectfully throughout the whole process. I was sure I would get an offer, but they emailed to say they had selected someone else. I followed up and was told they hired someone with more systems experience. This was not in the original job description and I felt it was unfair to add that in at the last minute.
