Informal setting, no front desk. Person who said they would interview me, didn't even introduce themselves to me. Listened to boring gossip by employees in the open work area/ lobby setting while I waited to be interviewed. I was duped and found out I was being interviewed for no specific job, and had taken the day off from my real job to drive over there. The interview was for the company's benefit to gauge how to best plan their next job openings. I have no respect for companies that do this, you need to hire a business mentor and don't waste people's time. The interviewer was half asleep and not prepared, unprofessional, and apparently the company owner. Everything seemed disorganized, no benefits offered, no leadership, no direction, shady work practices. No Thanks.
