First interview was a group interview that was conducted in a professional manner. The next interview was a one on one interview to see if you are a good fit for one another that was professional and concise. All of your questions are answered and clear instructions of next steps are given.

Interview process was extremely simple. I’m from the RCA program so I was first interviewed by Crystal before going into the recruitment pipeline which was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Then I was reached out to by Michelle on FaceBook to coordinate the group interview, and she is very responsive and extremely helpful. Then, I had a group interview with the setter manager Matej. There was a lot of people (10 I think) and it was an hour long but very straightforward asking basic generic interview questions. Then the next day I had a 1 on 1 interview and now in a few days I have my final setter mock call interview which will determine whether I get the position or not. Regardless of whether I do or not, this process was easy and smooth sailing, and I’d recommend to anybody reading this. Their team is fantastic and well coordinated.
