First, They give me the home take project. They gave me on week to complete the assignment. I have done it only half a day. It was successful project afterwards I got first interview with a Senior QA Automation Engineer. We talked about the my project and generally QA proceses. and Also, I've completed an manuel test example during the interview.The interview took more then one hour. It was successful interview as well. Then I got another interview with Engineering Manager. She asked about my general QA knowledge and also some soft skill questions. It was also successful at least they send me an email about that interview was successful and they wanted to arrange new interview with the head of product. I had arranged an interview with Head Of Product however at the interview day, theu sent me an email basically They said "After a along discussion with the team They were decided that I wasn't a success candidate for their team" It is not professional hiring process manegment I think I can say as one last say Their hiring process take so long time. when you complete an interview successfuly theu sends you a calendar to arrange new interview. there's never a close open spot to arrange interview.
