I went through five one-hour interviews with five different people spanning a month and half, one HR rep, one person i was replacing, and three management-level individuals. I was also given two exercises/activities to do between the second and third interviews, and between the fourth and fifth, with each taking at least 4 hours to do. I made it to the final round of interviews, after which the interviewer told me they would get back to me with the team's decision in the near future, and more than three weeks later, never heard anything back.
