The interview process began with a basic aptitude test, followed by a panel interview and a final interview with the GM. There was a strong emphasis on personality and background questions, with extensive discussion of my experiences dating back many years, including my high school and college years.
Although the position was advertised as a permanent role with benefits, I was offered a contract position if I wanted to start immediately. I was told that approval for the permanent position would take a few weeks; however, that timeline stretched beyond a month. Despite several follow-up attempts, I never received a final update regarding the position and was ultimately ghosted.
The individuals I interviewed with seemed genuine, professional, and friendly throughout the process. Unfortunately, the overall experience was truly disappointing, as the outcome did not align with the expectations set during the hiring process.
