      Hey there, I just got hired as a Customer Support Specialist at ClickUp and I have to say, the hiring process was amazing! Right from the get-go, the application process was super simple and easy to follow. The company was really clear about what they were looking for and the online portal was straightforward to navigate. I didn't have to jump through hoops or fill out a million forms, which was a relief! Communication was top-notch throughout the entire process. The recruitment team kept me updated every step of the way and answered all my questions promptly. I never felt like I was left hanging, wondering what was happening next. The interview process was thorough, but it was also enjoyable! The interviewers were friendly and welcoming, which helped calm my nerves. They asked great questions that really allowed me to showcase my skills and experience, while also giving me an opportunity to learn more about the company and the role. All in all, I was super impressed with the hiring process at ClickUp. It was efficient, transparent, and fair, which made me feel confident that I was joining a great team. I would definitely recommend ClickUp to anyone looking for a fun, rewarding career in customer support.

      Entrevista

      The first stage of the interview process is a conversation with the recruitment team, where they assess your background and overall fit for the role. This is followed by a trial project, which involves solving a specific problem and recording yourself as you demonstrate and explain your solution. The final two interviews are conducted with the Customer Support Manager and the Senior Manager, who will be joined by a Team Lead to evaluate your technical and interpersonal skills in more depth.
