Entrevista
First stage: Initial interview with associate recruiter. The recruiter is super nice and professional. They are going to asks about the usual interview questions and will lasts for 25 to 30 minutes. After an hour I got an update that I moved to the next stage.
Second stage: ClickUp Mini Project. You have to create a video using the ClickUp software. You have to submit this within 3 days, which is kinda short specially for applicants who doesn’t have experience with the software. I guess they should give every applicants at least 5 days or a week. But the good thing is they allow extension. Once you submit your project the team is going to review it.
Third stage: If the team moved your project, they are to invite you for an interview with two managers. This is for 1 hour. First part is more on your technical aptitude, live demo of the software. Second part is behavioral interview, usual questions for customer service role. The managers are also nice and they answered all my questions about the position and the company.
The last stage is final interview. Unfortunately I didn’t pass the third stage. But overall experience was positive and would recommend this company to people. The recruiter was super responsive even though you are not an active applicant anymore. Will look forward to working in this company in the future.

Entrevista
The first stage of the interview process is a conversation with the recruitment team, where they assess your background and overall fit for the role. This is followed by a trial project, which involves solving a specific problem and recording yourself as you demonstrate and explain your solution. The final two interviews are conducted with the Customer Support Manager and the Senior Manager, who will be joined by a Team Lead to evaluate your technical and interpersonal skills in more depth.
