Entrevista
I had an initial zoom interview with the manager. Followed by a mini project. I had to record a 5-10 minute presentation on how I would gate content on the LMS. I didn't have Skilljar experience so I had to do extensive research. They were impressed by my mini project and let me progress to the final interview. This time I had to give a 30 minute presentation to a interview panel on how I would perform my role as an LMS admin. As for the mini project this also required extensive research and time. I did this while still having a full-time job.
I was told I would hear back in a week. However, two days later I received a standard rejection email. I can understand if I didn't meet their expectations but I feel like I'm owed at the very least some feedback on what I did wrong. Two days later they posted the same job again with LMS spelled out. A fair warning.. if you go through the same process. They might do the same to you. I wouldn't want to work for a company who doesn't value your time and effort. What if they just had me do these presentations so they could get free work?
