The interview with the Human Resources department took place over the phone. The lady was very professional and helpful. After the interview, she sent me an email scheduling an interview with the manager of the position and a case study. A couple of days after I submitted the case study, the HR lady cancelled the interview and said they decided to chose a candidate with more experience on the role.
Note that in the job description they did not require any experience and everything would be taught in the first couple of weeks of training. So, it does not make any sense for the company chose a candidate with more experience with they did not require experience on the job description.
