I rated it as overall negative experience because HR just disappeared after the first interview. What is puzzling is that we had a good interview and I had a very good first impression of the company so I wasn´t expecting just being ghosted. I was moving fast with interview process in another company and reached out about feedback but haven´t received any reply. I think job hunting is challenging as it is and this type of treatment could be very demotivating. I would really encourage the company to reply to candidates, it really doesn´t take long but makes a difference.
