- phone interview was just for procedure, no substance - final interview with supervisors was long and slightly 'gotcha' questions, but not bad - asked a lot about general trends in market and (if student) connecting course work to these general trends

Recruiter call, manager call, director call. Took just over a month from recruiter call to receiving an offer. No technical test, mostly behavioral questions. 30 minutes each. Found the process / questions to be standard and not excessive
