Pre-scheduled phone interview, but no contact at the appointed time. No follow-up to initial email, and a follow-on email responded that they did call, and there was no answer at my phone. I was at my phone for 30 minutes before and after the time and did not ring, nor was there a missed call.

Invited through a recruiter, did a telephone interview for the position before proceeding to the in office interview. It was nice experience as I met with the company's executives. It was a pretty nice process
