The interview process was the longest i ever had in my entire life. That gave me a sense of how they operate internally. They finally came back with an offer, which was less than the industry standards for someone with my level of experience and expertise. I negotiated an acceptable salary and they decided to cancel the job offer instead, just to repost it later with a lower amount of experience required. Once this happened i was glad i never accepted it.
