I was sent a test project before the interview which was an Excel workbook with information about a set of keywords. Based on the specifications, I was organize and design some mock Google Adwords campaigns. The interview itself was with a group of 3 people. They initially focused on my project, wondering why I did what I did, and then focused on my experience, work ethic, and goals.
