4 stage interview process. It was extremely messy process. They didn’t know what they were really looking for. More importantly communication was extremely poor.
After joining ‘zoom’ meetings I was informed that they were cancelled (very unprofessional), I then had to rearrange my own interviews directly with them because they couldn’t communicate efficiently with their recruiter (again not ideal). When they were finally rearranged it was with different members of staff, which has meant that all candidates were not interviewed by the same people (no consistency).I have been informed that they still haven’t made a decision, probably because of the ‘slap dash’ interview process.
Also no real understanding of time zones or how things operate outside of the US. This is some what worrying and naïve for a business entering a new market and does not look good for potential new employees.
Be cautious when interviewing with this company .
