Submitted cover letter and CV to email provided by website, specifically for this summer program. There were two rounds of phone interviews of about an hour each. Both conversations shared a similar format: 10-15 minutes of fit/personal questions and 20-35 for a case. Interviews were done by an analyst (first) and a consultant (second) who were extremely personable and helpe to provide a relatively comfortable experience. Presumably, the applicant pool was reduced after the first round and final decisions were given two weeks after the second phone interview.

One 30 min behavioral interview and one 30 min case interview. Behavioral interview was standard although my interviewer seemed to be more interested in what was in his nose than what I was saying. Case interview was fine. My interviewer didn't seem to know the case very well and was just regurgitating information instead of guiding the case. She seemed disinterested from the start and it felt as though she was just wanting to get it over with
