      The interview process was very lengthy. After you speak to the recruiter you will have 1 interview for 30 minutes, then a 2 hour panel interview with 2 managers, the VP, and the CRO. During this interview you are expected to prepare a 30 minute presentation. From there you will have a 30 minute peer interview and speak to someone currently in the role. What is disappointing is that ClearCompany is a Talent Management company and they use their own product, but still have horrible communication with job candidates. The entire time you go through the process you are provided with very little feedback. I felt like they strung me along for weeks and had no problem wasting my time. Every-time I asked for feedback they would say we will let you know in a few days. And finally a week later the recruiter reaches out to say they chose someone that had experience that aligned better with the role. It’s insulting to dedicate 10+ hours to an interview process and they can’t even be decent enough to call and give you real feedback. At the end of the day, I was disrespected and treated unfairly. I would not consider working here again. My advice to the company is don’t drag job candidates along if you know from the beginning they aren’t going to be a fit. Learn to respect their time.

      We take candidate experience seriously and acknowledge there were some gaps in scheduling alignment and timing that could’ve improved the experience with better communication. We apologize this resulted in a poor experience for you. The reason we do the initial Recruiter discovery call is to make sure all lights are green to move deeper into the process and also explain the process with you so you know from the start what you are committing to, and provide you the choice to continue or not. If we know from the beginning you are not a fit, we will not “drag” you through the process as there is no benefit to either party. If you made it deep into our process, it is because you performed well at earlier stages and high interest remained in you deep into our process. Ultimately, we chose to pursue a candidate we felt was more fitting, but that does not take away the fact that you performed very well and remained a viable candidate. In this case there was no constructive feedback to provide, but again, we do acknowledge that could have been communicated better. Thank you for your time investment in us and we will use your feedback to continue to improve.

      Entrevista

      First a phone screen with a recruiter, followed by a 30 minute zoom meeting with the hiring manager, then multiple back to back zoom meetings with the CRO and another hiring manager. All employees that I met with were white males. No diversity. The CRO came off as extremely derogatory. The interview process was not dragged out, so that was a plus. The recruiter was very quick to respond.
