I thought the in-person interview went very well. We chatted about the industry for over an hour and I was excited to move forward. After completing their assessment test, I was completely ghosted and ignored. Very unprofessional and disappointing especially since the base pay was low.

Was a phone interview first with the assistant manager and then in person interview with the assistant and sales manager. Job offered on that interview which lasted about one hour. More of a conversation.

Multiple round interviews, very focused on finding a person's specifc approach to different scenarios. 1st is recruiter then LSMs then the VP of sales. Process is simple, thorough and allows you to understand the workings of CCO and in addition gives feedback when needed.
