Quite possibly the oddest interview experience I've ever had. The man interviewing me had no idea what position I was interviewing for...once I informed him, he seemed nervous throughout the rest of the interview...and really searched for questions to ask me. I mean, he was a nice guy...but incredibly unprofessional. 10 basic chemistry questions were asked. Other than that, spent most of the time really struggling to come up with basic and standard type interview questions. Told me I'd hear back either way within a few days. I never heard anything back.

Interview was a bit less formal than I was anticipating. Good job at communicating what expectations should be for the role. The interview process was overall fairly straight forward and easy, no tricky questions, minimal concern over prior experience or know how.

Started with a phone interview a month after applying. Was later followed with a second phone interview with manager. Not overly difficult, still waiting for a follow up after that phone call.

I only made it through a few minutes of the interviewer talking as fast as she could like it was a mix of speed dating and those loan terms you hear in radio ads. The ad they had posted was for an environmental hazmat chemist with the title of 'field chemist.'
The pay is only $17-20 an hour, not the $34,000-$66,000 they claim. That wage is with overtime? They want a bachelors+ and CDL+hazmat. They claim to provide the schooling for the CDL and hazmat, but it looks to be like they were trying to combine a field hazmat inspector with a hazmat driver. I felt the whole thing was deceptive and I might have proceeded further if their job posting had at least been honest about what they were asking for.
