The hiring procedure spanned over two months, encompassing eight interviews (including technical and behavioral assessments) and two SQL tests. In the initial interview, the recruiter mentioned being unaware of the salary range for the position, promising to provide this information in the subsequent days. Despite my follow-up through two emails after completing two tests and eight interviews over two months, I remained uninformed about the salary for the role. My inquiries went unanswered.
Following my seventh interview with the Director of Business Intelligence, I was informed a week later via email that the team was impressed and identified an opportunity for me as a Senior Business Insights Analyst at Mindbody, without seeking my input, although my application was for the BI Analyst II position.
Concluding this extensive process with my eighth interview, I received a rejection. This experience left me feeling disrespected by both the recruiter and the organization. Their actions seem to align with their modest overall ratings of 3.2 for ClassPass and 3.3 for Mindbody.
Furthermore, I noticed the original position I applied for was relisted on LinkedIn. Given their claim of being "very impressed," clarity on their decision would have been appreciated, though I have little expectation of receiving a response.

Had a phone screening with HR, then took an online assessment on Codility, then had several zoom interviews with the team that took ~2.5 hours. One of them was technical and required SQL coding on the spot. I never heard back from the hiring manager.
