The process was handled with such unprofessionalism that left me shocked. After a couple of weeks from my application, I was first approached via e-mail by an HR person who organised a first phone screening after checking my availability. However, this call never happened. She never turned up. After following up myself she rescheduled it (apologies, anyone?) just to not turn up AGAIN. I then took again my time to follow-up with her, but no answer was provided. People, start showing respect for your candidates: time is time for everyone.

I was emailed about a phone interview where you selected your availability. Date and time was decided and confirmed but recruiter was disorganised and mixed up times. I ended up withdrawing my application because the process was so longed out
