Entrevista
Interview process started with an email asking to set up a phone interview. After the phone interview, was sent a test involving common questions/grievances from customers that you have to respond to within a certain time frame. After completing this, was contacted to meet for an in-person interview.
The 2 hour in-person interview consisted of three separate 30 minute interviews with different team leads—who were all lovely people. The final 30 minute block was dedicated to a customer response test, similar to the one taken after the phone interview.
Response times throughout the process were very quick and professional. Place had an exciting, new-startup feel, with everyone I talked to being very nice and up-beat (and not in a fake PR corporate sort of way). Overall a great experience, despite the fact that I'm notoriously bad at cultural fit interviews.

The people who interviewed me were very kind and made me feel very comfortable. It was very pleasant and I didn't feel nervous at all. They seem to not only be interested in you as a professional, but as a person too.

I had a two-step interview process that first took place over the phone and then an in-person meeting. Everyone that interviewed me was super friendly and helpful. Instead of creating a stressful interview environment, it was personal, engaging and educational.

My interview was an open house interview. I submitted my application and the company called applicants in all on a specific day, where they did an office tour, company overview, and brief interviews with about 3 people from different teams.
