Spoke with HR then a manager. Both were very friendly and easy to talk to. Overall the interview process was easy. Only down side is never heard anything after 2nd Interview.

Filled out the application online. Got a call from a local recruiter the next week where she mostly just went over the position further, then I had an onsite interview 2 weeks after that. The On-site interview was about 30 minutes long with two different managers. They were friendly and asked pretty standard questions. I was offered the position a couple days later!

After nailing a ten minute phone interview, I was scheduled for an interview in the Missoula office. I had two one on one interviews, back to back. Each lasted about 15 minutes. It was very casual, and if you read the interview guide that the company sends you in advance, you're likely to do very well. I was offered a job within 24 hours.
