Phone interview with principal. It was a one on one interview that lasted about forty five minutes. She asked about my experience with behavioral students that had experienced trauma. I applied on line and then had to apply at different schools. There were and are hundreds of openings. It was suggested that I contact principals but I did not. I applied at three schools and was contacted by two, two weeks after I applied. I applied for Nevada Teachers license at the same time.

Asked questions about experience with behavior management, aba, dtt, etc. asked questions about my daily routine, how I would respond to a difficult student, how I would involve parents, how I would tier different activities for students, etc.
