Clark Construction Group used a very thorough and personalized interview process. The recruiting staff was professional and knowledgeable. As part of the interview process we walked a job site and I appreciated the opportunity to see the end product of the company's work. While I appreciated the actual interview, the physical office is in desperate need of renovation and could be off-putting to some.
