The interview process was a screening phone call with the hiring manager. After that it was an on-site interview that was about 3-4 rounds where I was expected to present on a topic relevant to the job.

Explain formulation challenges you have had in the past and how did you approach the problem
It seemed pretty standard but there was one interviewer who came across as a jerk and asked/assumed things that should have been irrelevant for the position I was interviewing. Overall the treatment from this particular interviewer was what I would consider uncalled for and yet he is very high up in the company.

Entrevista
Onsite interview with 12 people, plus 1 hr presentation to a panel of peers. Total interview process lasted 10 hrs, including one on one interview with CEO of the site. Was taken to various sites for plant tours and had lunch with senior executives. Met with all the relevant department managers for one on one interviews. Was reimbursed for travel expenses. Enjoyed the interview process and was treated with the utmost respect throughout.
