I interviewed with a member of their Talent Acquisition team a month ago. From the outset, the interaction felt somewhat disengaged. Her eyes demeanor was distant, and she seemed uninterested in my responses to her questions. When it was my turn to ask questions, her answers lacked depth and empathy, which left me feeling disconnected from the conversation. She assured me that I would receive a follow-up within two business days, regardless of the outcome. However, I haven’t heard back from her since, which further contributed to what I would describe as an overall unsatisfactory experience.
