Phone interview, basic competency questions + motivation for your specific streams (cyber, diplomacy, economics). Focus on experience and “tell me a time you showed this behaviour/skill”, asked for specific civil service behaviours such as leadership, organisation etc

I had a short interview on the phone, it was hard to hear at times but questions were worded clearly and easy to follow. It was a bit unclear however when I was meant to keep talking or whether I needed to stop.
