Interview was short, but difficult. Several technical questions. First behavioral portion was pretty easy. Makes sense now because the I.T team is full of all stars. Two phone interviews, two in person, one panel interview. I can see how the interview process could be see as intimidating, but its necessary to make sure you are hiring impact players in such a small organization
