Consisted of 3 interviews: a screening over the phone (1 hour), a video interview with 2 directors (1.5 hours), and an in-person interview with 3 other employees (1.5 hours). The process took a long time since they took a few weeks in between each to get back. I had one main point of contact after the first interview which was helpful for following up.

I had two interviews where they asked about my experience, what I knew about City Year/AmeriCorps and how my skills/experience made me the best candidate for the position. Their biggest concern was that since I had more of a communications background, I wouldn't enjoy the administrative aspect of the Admissions Manager role. They asked a lot of questions to make sure I would enjoy getting applicants through the admissions pipeline.
