Recruiter reached out to me after application. Recruiter call was for 15 mins, very casual. Then next round is real life coding interview (Applied Software Engineering M3). Designing a menu parser.

- Recruiter reached out after I applied online - Recruiter Screen (was super weird and unprofessional) - Tech Screen with Engineer. Easy coding question regarding some OOPS type class design. Finished coding successfully with no bugs, he seemed impressed and happy with the design. Got Ghosted for 2 weeks, I set up 30 mins on recruiter's calendar. He told me that I didn't make it and gave feedback saying that the engineer felt that I made incorrect decisions during the interview. It didn't feel like he gave me any signs of this during the interview, so it was definitely a surprise to me. Can't help but feel like he didn't like my accent or something. I checked his Linkedin profile, he is a ship jumper himself. Anyway, was only interviewing for practice after reading the terrible reviews on Blind, Glassdoor and other forums. Who wants to join that CEO's company, yikes!
