Had what I thought was a good interview with a couple of senior people but it just felt like they were fishing for specific ways of how to create and do things within their org. Then another quick phone conversation and subsequent email with a “homework” assignment for yet another very specific solution to be completed and followed up with a phone call. In the interview follow up phone call I was asked to provide some examples of KPIs and training slide deck. I turned over some generic material as examples. This was followed by yet another phone call and email where they wanted a very specific training slide deck with a follow up call. I never responded to the email and thus never got the phone call. Not sure what is going on with this company
