Worst Interview process I have faced in my career .HR called me 4 times and asked to wait for more than 3 hours but due to busy schedule of CEO , he didn't give a damn about it . Finally on fourth day , interview held and salary offered was much less than the current . I mean why you guys ask for current salary and schedule interview when you can't offer hike or at least the same package ?
