All you need to do is go into the typically group interview and say your name and a fun fact about yourself, say things about what customer service means to you and how you would deal with certain things and then you go around and pick an outfit out of clothing from the store and say where you would wear this outfit to. For example; corset and skirt for festival, etc.

the interview was good. i was expecting it to be one on one, but it was not. it was a group of us being interviewed at once by one lady. however, it did not disappoint. interviewer was nice and considerate.
