There is an initial call with human resources. HR rep tries to paint a rosy picture of the company for you. Then there are two interviews. First with a partner and a manager. Then with senior level staff. The response from HR is very long since this is a rotating door for staff with high turnover.
Went through multiple interview rounds, including senior leadership, and was led to believe I was a top candidate. After the final interview, I was completely ghosted with no communication or closure.
Candidates deserve transparency and respect.

Entrevista
You start with a Short phone call interview with Hr and proceed to a video call interview with the department team. Process took around 2 weeks. Standard interview process and took some time to coordinate.
