Upon submitting my application via Indeed, I was contacted within the week by a Citizens recruiter. She conducted a brief 30-40 minute phone screening with me. A few days later, a I received an email to schedule a video interview with the hiring manager in the collections department. I interviewed with him and one other woman from the department via WebEx. I was contacted three days later by the initial recruiter. She offered me the job. The entire process from applying to accepting the position only took 2-3 weeks which was great.

The interview was very informative. All questions asked were answered efficiently. I was given three interviews through the whole process. All interviewers were efficient and on time. All interviews were by phone and varied at how long.
