Short phone interview with HR personnel describing opportunity and discussing company values, followed by virtual one on one with hiring manager going in depth on specific duties and past experiences, finally in office interview with various managers getting to know work style and company fit. All interviews were very relaxed and conversational, good mix of technical questions and behavioral questions and first contact to offer took only a month.
