I had a quick and easy interview process with Citizens. After filling out the application I was contacted by email less than a week later with a request for a phone screener with a recruiter. We only talked for about 10 minutes. It was mostly the recruiter giving me information on the role (hours/pay) and then a couple general questions about my work style.
A week later I received another request by email for an interview with a manager. It was an hour long video chat interview and they honestly did most of the talking with some general questions about my experience and some "how would you handle this situation?" questions. We did a typing test during the video chat and at the end I was informed that they would send me a few questions by email that needed to be answered and sent back within 5 minutes.
Two hours later I got another email letting me know that I would be moving on I thought that meant another interview but a few days later I got a call from the recruiter with an offer.

I had my first and second interview within the same week. Everyone that I spoke with was very friendly and informative. I apricated that they were quick to get in contact with me. The process was smooth and easy.
