Initial application included a written short answer (very straightforward and not so challenging). First round interview is perhaps the most challenging (recruiter asked many out of the box questions), final round interview included more behavioral interviews, case studies, and a networking interview

3 rounds of interviews. First a video interview, then a zoom with head of program, and then super day with a case study presentation. The super day is 3 hours and you meet with past CBEX associates. Everyone is super nice. They want to know you are open to learning and will stick with citizens.
