The online application process included a Teller Assesment, to see if the applicant has the ability to conduct teller transactions accurately. There was then the phone interview with the recruiter, the interview with the branch manager, then the interview with the regional manager. The recruiter promised things she simply could not deliver; i.e. placement in a position, and pay higher than what was available. When mentioning this in both the Branch manager and Regional manager interviews, neither one had any idea why the recruiter may have promised this.
