The interview process moved quickly and was a positive experience. After the initial prerecorded videos, I did one zoom interview with two associates on the team. They asked behavioral questions and were very friendly, I enjoyed my conversation with them. The next and final interview included questions related to my resume, and more behaviorals. No technicals. It was with two directors, both of whom shared very interesting details about their personal experience with the firm and asked thoughtful questions. I enjoyed speaking with them both. If you receive an offer, my experience is that you have make a decision very shortly after receiving it. Unfortunately, this is why I chose to decline the offer.
