First of all, they will filter your qualification and experience.
For example, kyc department - they need at least 1years experience in kyc and understand the basic of kyc knowledge.
Secondly, HR will inform you about the interview date and arrange you with the manager.
If success, it will go to next level of manager to pick the suit candidate.

First the HR contacted me to set the interview schedule. I didn't need to fill any unnecessary documents. Interview with the department supervisor she seems very interested in my current position and job scope. She asked what programs and sites did I use and how was my experience with my current company. No trick questions, she wants to know what i can do.
