Offshore interviewers are extremely rude. They will ask you a question and if the first word out of your mouth isn't satisfactory, they will cut you off and ask the question again. They don't realize that every company is different and how you do things at your current job may not be the same way it's done at Citi. But instead of listening to your response, they just keep asking the same question. Also they would ask very open-ended/vague questions then get frustrated when you don't tell them exactly what they want to hear. I was told, "There is not a right or wrong answer here." then after giving my response was told, "No, That is incorrect." Surprisingly they asked for another interview with the VP, but I declined. I would never want to work with an exhausting group like that.
