I was asked to come in for a face to face interview. The hiring manager cancelled on me 3 times. I took time off work to attend those interviews and was left hanging. For 2 of the cancellations, I was called the night before but the last time, they called the morning of. When I finally showed up for an interview I had to do 2 presentations. This was fine but after all of that, I expected at least a phone call to let me know I didn't get the job. No one ever called. I sent an email and still no reply. Definitely a poor candidate experience.
