Two interviews in total. First - phone interview, which asked alot of questions about hedge funds, derivatives, options, futures and such. Some behavioural questions that are expected. Interviewer was very nice and friendly. Second - knowledge assessment and in-person interview with direct manager and supervisor. Second interview was less technical, but focused more on past work experiences and personality traits. I believe they are looking for people who are confident, and are not afraid of constant knowledge and learning. Knowledge assessment was expected, client communication test, general ledger test, and reconciliation test. Not very hard if you are prepared for it. The managers who interviewed me were very friendly as well, it was a very nice experience and I can't wait to start.

I would say the assessments are the most difficult. They are a little time limited. I was a little nervous when I ran out of time and didn't finish all the questions.

Entrevista
After entering the building, security guards guided to the floor where the interview is conducted. They gave the token and visitor id card and told to wait in a room. After sometime one person came in to collect the resume and escorted to the interview area. One by one they started calling the names for the interview.

Entrevista
The interview process involved two rounds focusing on my technical knowledge and communication skills. Both the interviewers were supportive, encouraged and asked relevant questions and assessed my understanding of financial concepts and problem solving abilities.
interview process was good and the questions are not very difficult it is from low to medium mostly ask from jd and check your general knowledge in short and prepare a little about interpersonal question as well
