Got a phone screen. Next you have an interview with two senior members of the company. Super generic interview and really easy. They called me back the day of the interview to say I had the job which should have been a huge red flag looking back. This is a huge sign of large amounts of turnover which is influenced by the toxic environment and poor organization of the company.

Overall process was a bit slow; in the interview they set an expectation of letting me know within in a week. However, they never got back to me until I reached out directly to the hiring manager and asked for a response.

Absolutely Fantastic. Everyone throughout the process is honest and transparent and genuinely wants to help you. There's a screening interview and then an interview with the hiring manager and a vp or someone of a similar title in the company. They genuinely show you potential career steps following the role you are applying for. I would highly recommend applying to Citco, the company is amazing. I declined because the timing wasn't great but they are an amazing company. If you don't believe apply for this role, go through the process and find out (you'll agree).
