Well, the HR called me and had a 20 mins phone interview. Then waited for more than a month for the F2F interview, I had my F2F interview in Janaury now four months passed by I have not heard anything back. It is kinda rude to ignore applicant after the interview.

There are two rounds for the OA interview: First round is phone interview. No technicial questions were asked. Just some basic interview questions: tell me about yourself, why Citco, Why should we hire you etc.
The second round is a little bit tough, a mini test which contains many accounting questions, then three people came in and talk to you. They asked A LOT questions about finance-What is hedge? what is futures? what is swap? difference btw futures and forward?

Entrevista
After entering the building, security guards guided to the floor where the interview is conducted. They gave the token and visitor id card and told to wait in a room. After sometime one person came in to collect the resume and escorted to the interview area. One by one they started calling the names for the interview.

The interview process involved two rounds focusing on my technical knowledge and communication skills. Both the interviewers were supportive, encouraged and asked relevant questions and assessed my understanding of financial concepts and problem solving abilities.
interview process was good and the questions are not very difficult it is from low to medium mostly ask from jd and check your general knowledge in short and prepare a little about interpersonal question as well
