Applied this position online, received an email from HR to schedule a phone interview. It was about 20 minutes, asking why i apply this job, my previous working experience, what do i know about fund accountant and define different financial instruments, and one or two behavior questions. At the end she scheduled me to have a in-person interview with 2 VPS and 2 team managers in the following week. I interviewed with them for one hour, and followed with a written test about cash reconciliation and journal entry. I didn't do very well on the written test, but the face to face interview was very smoothly and they are all very friendly.

Mostly the interview was held for nearly 1hour and he tested my accounts knowledge also the interviewer was very friendly and positively. Overall it was my first interview and fantastic interview

The interview process at Citco was smooth and well-organized.
HR contacted me first and explained the role clearly.
There was a technical round with questions on accounting and finance.
The communication was timely and professional throughout.
Overall, it was a good experience and I felt comfortable during the process.
